Fees
Sessions are typically 50 minutes, at a fee of £100. The fee reflects my experience and training as a clinical psychologist and accredited EMDR practitioner and is inclusive of the session time, the provision of evidence-based psychology resources tailored to your needs, administration, note-taking and room fees.
Longer sessions can be arranged in advance, and will be charged at a higher fee. For example, some people prefer a 90 minute EMDR session.
If you have health insurance, fees may vary depending on specific arrangements set by the insurance companies as well as increased fees to account for the additional administration.
Fees for consultation, supervision, training and workshops are available on request. Report writing, attendance at meetings, travel time etc is all charged at £100 per hour pro rata.
Please note that fees may be increased every 12-18 months with a 3 month notice period.
Payment Policy
Payments must be made within 12 hours of each session, via bank transfer.
I can provide monthly receipts and can complete private insurance forms as required.
Cancellation and non-attendance
I require ten days notice for pre-arranged leave or cancelled sessions. A full fee will be charged for missed or cancelled sessions with less than ten days prior notice, with some allowances given to exceptional circumstances.
I do my best to reschedule appointments with advance notice; however, please be aware that this will not always be possible.
